A day in Raseel by role

Planner

1. Open Planning and review new released sales orders in the queue.
2. Drag orders into the plan as Firm Planned to see their effect.
3. Check Load for overloaded work centers.
4. Adjust timing or lines in Schedule until the load is workable.
5. Release orders that are ready for the floor.
6. Remove or re-plan orders when customer demand changes.

Supervisor

1. Start the shift on the Floor view to see what is running and what is next on each line.
2. Re-sequence cards to deal with urgent orders or material delays.
3. Move jobs between lines when a machine is down or a line is idle.
4. Watch for paused jobs and follow up on the cause.
5. Check Schedule and Load for the coming days.

Operator

1. Open the Floor view and find your line.
2. Take the next card in your lane and record Start.
3. Record Pause and Resume around any stop.
4. Report output as you complete quantities, and Finish when the operation is done.
5. Move to the next card.
