Getting started
You only need a Raseel sign-in to get to work. Shop floor users do not need a Business Central account; Raseel handles that connection for them.
Signing in
- Open the Raseel link your administrator gave you.
- Sign in with the email address your organization invited.
- If you belong to more than one organization, choose the one you want to work in.
- You land on the views your role allows.
If you cannot sign in, or you see fewer views than expected, ask your Raseel administrator to check your invitation and role.
Roles and access
Your administrator assigns each person a role. The role decides which views you can open and which actions you can take, such as creating or deleting production orders. Typical setups look like this:
| Role | Usually works in | Typical actions |
|---|---|---|
| Planner | Planning, Schedule, Load | Create and release production orders, sequence work, balance capacity |
| Supervisor | Floor, Schedule, Load | Move jobs between lines, watch progress, respond to delays |
| Operator | Floor | See assigned jobs, record start, pause, resume and output |
| Administrator | All views | Invite members and assign roles |
Your organization may name or combine roles differently.
Finding your way around
Raseel has five main views, reached from the main navigation:
| View | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Planning | Turn sales orders into production orders |
| Schedule | Arrange work across lines and dates on a timeline |
| Floor | Run today's work on a board, line by line |
| Load | See how full each work center is and spot overloads |
| Routings | Check the steps each product goes through |
