Why use Reem?
Business Central records invoices and payments. Reem handles the customer-facing follow-up in between.
In many finance teams, collecting what customers owe means chasing invoices by hand: sending reminders, sending statements, and waiting for payments to be recorded. Standard Business Central doesn’t automate this. Reem does.
The receivables flow looks like this:
- Invoice: Posted in Business Central.
- Reminders and statements: Reem sends payment notices and statements to the customer on a schedule you set.
- Payment: The customer opens the invoice in Reem and pays online. Business Central is updated.
What Reem adds
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Shows total A/R, outstanding invoices, collection rate, aging and other receivables analytics. |
| Customer portal | Customers sign in to review their open, overdue and paid invoices. |
| Dunning workflows | Send reminders and escalations automatically, based on how many days before or after the due date. |
| Statements | Send or view a customer’s account statement. |
| Online payment | Customers pay by credit card or bank account (ACH). |
| Always in sync | Payments are reflected in Business Central: the remaining amount updates and the invoice closes when it is fully paid. |
When Reem is the right fit
Use Reem if you want customers to receive payment reminders and statements automatically, and to be able to pay invoices online. If you collect payments entirely by hand, Business Central’s standard features may be enough.
